Custom Package This program is designed for the athlete who doesn’t need a lot of attention but desires a coach to bounce ideas off of... This program is designed with physiological principles and expert coaching experience that provides results for a lower price. First Month - Initial assessment to discuss athletic goals, current ability level and review Athlete Questionnaire.
- Heart Rate testing (purchasing a heart rate monitor is highly recommended)
- Custom training schedule provided bi-weekly detailing the daily workouts
- Unlimited email and up to 60 minutes of phone contact to discuss progress and make necessary changes
- Fee: $300 for the first month
Additional Months - Custom training schedule provided bi-weekly detailing the daily workouts

Premiere Package This is the best value when looking at interaction time, customization options, and depth of feedback regarding development. For the athlete who wants as much personal connection with a coach as possible, this program is instrumental in matching your need of day-to-day balance and prioritization with your athletic goals. This includes unlimited email contact, one 30 minute phone call a week, and a day by day customized training plan via trainingpeaks.com. - This plan includes all the benefits of the Custom Package with the addition of:
- 4 Coached workouts (60 minute duration each) per month
- Fee: $700 for the first month, $500 for each additional month
Private Sessions Augmentation to the above plans allows for consulting one-on-one for whatever goals you may have. For the one on one program athlete this would allow additional private coaching hours above the three per month. Other athletes can use this option for working through some specific goals in a private setting. The private session plan is meant to augment an athlete’s current program with the following detailed activities: - Customized bike fit (extra if we come to your location)
- Nutritional analysis and/or weight loss program development
- Strength and conditioning work one-on-one session
- Flexibility enhancement one-on-one session
- Swim/bike/run One-on-one session
- Psychological insights into balance and prioritization
- Swim, bike and/or run analysis
- Skill development using video analysis
The price is $99 per 60 minutes for any one of the above services and details of each session are worked out at the time the service is requested based on the individual athlete’s needs. A package of any four items above is $350.
Group Training On a case by-case situation we will entertain the development of a program to support multiple athletes training for a single event. A startup fee applies to each athlete in the group, and then we will progress with a quarterly program fee and service structure. A monthly group coaching gathering, to include clinics related to each sport, is included in the program fee as well.
